If you needed any more proof that it’s rough out there, The New York Times recently reported that
eating vermin is totally en vogue in London- and
raccoon meat is making a comeback in Kansas City. It makes sense that in times of trouble we go back to basics. But there’s a difference between “basics” (a manual toothbrush) and “basics” (hunter-gathering on the subway platform). Right? Does the economic slump really mean it’s time to start eating like cavemen?
While some people might be into scouring the countryside for a fresh squirrel sandwich, here at SoloVision we’ve found a better way to get back to basics: Hello, Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup! That's what we cooked up recently at our Kraft Singles shoot for Food Network. And although you never have to say cheese to make our crew smile, the toasty gooeyness of Grilled Cheese and Kraft Singles brought lots of laughs to our set on this freezing cold, mid-recession morning. No bow and arrow required.
